Symposium Sponsorship Opportunities

Please consider becoming a symposium sponsor! Listed below are sponsorship levels and the number of free registration each level receives:

• Diamond: $5,500 (ten free registrations)
• Platinum: $3,500-$5,000 (seven free registrations)
• Gold: $1,500-$3,000 (five free registrations)
• Silver: $600-$1,000 (three free registrations)
• Bronze: $200-$500 (one free registration)

All levels of sponsorship will include your organization’s logo 1) in the print program 2) on the symposium Web site including link to the sponsor’s site as well as 3) being listed on conference signage.  Each level of sponsorship will be so designated.  All sponsors will be acknowledged in the general sessions.
