  • Mary's River Watershed Council Quarterly Forum

Mary's River Watershed Council is hosting their quarterly forum and panel this Wednesday, January 29, 2014 from 6:30pm-8:30pm at the Corvallis-Benton Public Library. This quarter's forum topic is "Conservation on Willamette Valley Agricultural Lands."

 

  • Special guest speaker Gary Brierley from University of Auckland speaking at UO

Dr. Brierley is a physical geographer who has a background in channel morphology and sedimentology. His talk is entitled: "A Personal Perspective on International Approaches to River Restoration" and it will be given at University of Oregon in Lillis Hall 185 on Friday, January 31, at 12:00pm.
