Oregon has been on the forefront of the Humanitarian Engineering effort for many years, and our state contains many examples of organizations that have dedicated themselves to the improvement of the world around them. The new white paper is a survey of HE activities underway by Oregonians completed as part of new initiative through HE@OSU:
