Project Development

IWW staff are available to assist OSU researchers with project development, particularly for interdisciplinary projects.  Some of the services they can help with include:

  • Convening interdisciplinary research teams and assisting with meeting logistics.

  • Identifying funding opportunities (link to our Funding Opportunities Database).

  • Managing proposal logistics including gathering supplemental materials, uploading material into online application systems such as NSF Fastlane, and working with OSU sponsored programs.

  • Developing tables and figures.

  • Editing and writing assistance.

  • Training and skills development.  For example in 2009 and 2010, the IWW organized a series of workshops on proposal development for younger OSU water faculty.

For more information about these services, please contact Todd Jarvis, IWW's associate director.
